At Surfaze, every product is made to upgrade your space with precision and quality. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Eligibility

We only accept returns in the following cases:

  • Product is damaged or defective
  • Wrong product was delivered

To be eligible:

Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

Non-Returnable Cases

We do not accept returns for:

Used or damaged products (after delivery)

Change of mind

Minor color or design variation (due to screen differences)

Return Process

To request a return:

  • Email us at Support@surfaze.in
  • Share:
    • Add RETURN in the Subject
    • Order ID
    • Issue details
    • Clear photos/videos of the product

Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours

Refunds

If your return is approved:

Timeline: 5–7 business days

Refund will be processed to the original payment method

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges
(Approved cases will be handled via replacement or refund)

Return Shipping

If the issue is from our side → we cover return shipping If not → return request will be rejected

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
